  • Iron

    Iron is a mineral needed for red blood cell formation in a form that is easy to assimilate.*

    WHY WE INCLUDED IT: Iron is needed for healthy hemoglobin in red blood cells for oxygen and carbon dioxide transport.  Iron, as ferrous bisglycinate chelate is more easily assimilated than ferrous sulfate and is better tolerated.* 

  • Vitamin B-12

    Vitamin B-12  is a nutrient required for red blood cell formation.*

    WHY WE INCLUDED IT: Vitamin B-12 is used in health supplements today to support the formation of healthy red blood cells, energy production, and mental health. It facilitates non-heme iron absorption.  There may be a correlation between the loss of this vital nutrient and loss of Intrinsic Factor with anemia.  B-12 is an important nutrient for blood building and iron optimization.*

  • Alfalfa leaf

    Alfalfa leaf is a nutrtive tonic herb, rich in many nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and chlorophyll.*
