How long will my order take to ship?
Online orders can take up to one business day to process and ship. Standard Shipping generally takes five to seven business days.

When I make a purchase over the phone, through the website or send in an order from a mailer, will I automatically be enrolled into a subscription service or an auto-replenishment program?
No, you will not be enrolled into any service or program without your explicit consent. If you would like to be enrolled in our Subscribe and Save program, you must specify your request when you place your order online, over the phone, or by mail.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, simply return the bottles within 90 days of receiving for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling). You can keep all of your free bonus gifts with our compliments if they apply to your order.
Returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing. RMA numbers can be obtained by calling Customer Success at (877) 455-2826. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the return box, so the return can be processed
