How long will my order take to ship?

Online orders can take up to one business day to process and ship. Standard Shipping generally takes five to seven business days.

*Due to the variability of transport, packages may take up to 4-6 weeks from Mainland US to Hawaii or Alaska.

When I make a purchase over the phone, through the website or send in an order from a mailer, will I automatically be enrolled into a subscription service or an auto-replenishment program?
No, you will not be enrolled into any service or program without your explicit consent. If you would like to be enrolled in our Subscribe and Save program, you must specify your request when you place your order online, over the phone, or by mail.

How can I change or cancel my enrollment in the Subscribe and Save program?
You can manage your shipments, change your order frequency, or even cancel your enrollment in our Subscribe and Save program by calling our Customer Success team at (877) 455-2826 (M-Fri 10AM – 7PM EST), or by emailing care@lifeseasons.com.

How can I cancel my monthly auto-ship subscription?
You can cancel your auto-ship subscription up to 3 days before order processing by calling our customer service team at (877) 455-2826. They are ready to take your call Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM EST.

What is your refund policy?

At LifeSeasons, we proudly stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your first purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase by contacting LifeSeasons customer support. Once a customer has been refunded for a product, that product will no longer be eligible for refund on future orders. All refunds must be refunded to the original form of payment. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.
