At LifeSeasons, we proudly stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your first purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase by contacting LifeSeasons customer support.
Once a customer has been refunded for a product, that product will no longer be eligible for refund on future orders. All refunds must be refunded to the original form of payment. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.
All product refunds must be pre-approved. Email care@lifeseasons.com or call 877-455-2826 for pre-approval. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of receiving the product.
