Damiana is a plant native to Texas, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. It has been used historically for headaches, depression, upset stomach, and to improve mental function. Herbal folklore describes it as an aphrodisiac.
Damiana is used in health supplements today to improve sexual drive and hormonal balance.
