This product is excellent. I do intermittent fasting very regularly (anywhere from 16-36 hour fasts, 2-3 times a week) and find it simply helps with hunger. It also helps with controlling sugar cravings. By regulating blood sugar levels I feel that also helps level out any ups and downs from blood sugar changes when eating (or not eating). This gives you steady levels of energy rather than a burst of energy followed by a crash that sometimes happens when you eat certain foods. Highly recommend.
